The feed on this mill is very inconsistent. When it grinds it does it well, but getting the beans to the burr can be frustrating. I am about to take it apart and redesign it. I don't see how it made it out of R&D. Maybe that's why it was hard to find. I would return it, but the return policy isn't any better than the mill. If you find it doesn't work it is too used to return.

Product is sturdy and works very well. The mill is permanently attached to the jar which makes it a little awkward to empty. Be prepared to experiment a little adjusting the grind as the instruction sheet I received was entirely in Chinese. Their website was no help either as it was also entirely in Chinese. The only thing that gave me any help at all was a very small diagram in the instructions.
