This is a 220V grinder that works very well. It does not overheat the beans when grinding at all. I have been using it in Kabul Afghanistan and it makes my day every day that I get to drink Starbucks coffee every day!

My family needed a 220V coffee grinder since we had to relocate to Singapore. My husband's business requires him to travel a lot within Southeast Asia countries and this product comes in handy. We love it, the sound is quiet and the grinding was fast and produces very fine coffee powder. My husband likes freshly grinded coffee and he is very impress with this product. It is so much convenient than connecting our 110V coffee grinder from USA with a step up/down power adapter if we want to get it to grind in Asia.

I live in Turkey and bought this grinder so I didn't have to keep dragging out a transformer to use my US 110 volt grinder. I prefer Braun grinders and after using this one I still hold to that. It's too small to grind enough for a 12 cup pot in one sitting but does a great job grinding. Mine came with a UK style plug so I still have to use a UK to Euro adapter.
